From Your Slides to Your Anki Deck — Here's Exactly What Happens

No mystery. No confusion. Just a clear, simple process that gets your cards made fast.

01

Choose Your Format & Package

Head to the Pricing page and choose your card type (Image Occlusion, Cloze, or Q&A) and your package or subscription. Not sure which card type? Check our Card Types guide — it takes 2 minutes to read.

02

Complete Your Order Form

Our intake form collects everything we need: your slides, the card type you want, and any special instructions (specific lectures to prioritize, topics to skip, custom tags). You can upload PDF or PPTX files directly.

03

We Review and Confirm

Within one business day, we'll confirm your order and send an estimated delivery date. If there's anything unclear about your slides or request, we'll reach out before starting.

04

Card Production Begins

Our Anki expert gets to work. For Image Occlusion, every key diagram label gets an occlusion box. For Cloze, we read the content and write targeted fill-in-the-blank cards. For Q&A, we write precise clinical-style questions with accurate answers.

05

Quality Check

Every completed deck goes through a quality check before delivery — we spot-check for accuracy, formatting, and completeness. If something is unclear in the source material, we flag it in a note with the deck.

06

Delivery

You receive a link to download your completed Anki deck (.apkg file). Import it into Anki desktop or AnkiMobile. Your deck is ready to study.

07

Revision Guarantee

If any card is incorrect or unclear, we'll fix it for free. Just reply to your delivery email with the card details and we'll turn it around within 48 hours.
