Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, medical school (optional), and lecture slides you upload for card production. We also collect standard usage data (pages visited, browser type) through analytics tools.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to fulfill your orders, communicate about your order status, and improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your Lecture Slides
Your slides are uploaded to a private, access-controlled Google Drive folder. Only you and our card production team have access. We will never share your slides with any third party. You may request deletion of your files at any time by emailing hello@hydecks.com.
Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card information on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
Cookies
We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and to remember your preferences. You may decline non-essential cookies via our cookie banner.
Data Retention
We retain order records for up to 2 years for business purposes. Slide files are retained until delivery is complete and confirmed, then deleted unless you request otherwise.
