Service Description
HYDecks provides custom Anki card creation services for students. We create Image Occlusion, Cloze Deletion, and Q&A cards from lecture slides provided by the customer.
Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed upon payment. Block package credits never expire. Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over. All prices are in USD.
Delivery
Standard delivery is 5–7 business days for IO/Q&A and 7–10 days for Cloze. Rush delivery (48–72 hours) is available for an additional 30% fee and subject to slot availability. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Revision Policy
We offer free revisions for any card that is factually incorrect or clearly formatted incorrectly. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery by replying to your delivery email.
Refunds
Refunds are available if we are unable to complete your order. We do not offer refunds on completed orders unless the product materially fails to meet the described standard and revision cannot resolve the issue.
Subscriptions and Cancellations
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Intellectual Property
Your lecture slides remain your property. The Anki decks we create from them are delivered to you for your personal study use. You may not resell or distribute decks created by HYDecks.
Limitation of Liability
HYDecks does not guarantee any specific academic outcomes, board scores, or exam results. Our service is a study tool. We are not liable for outcomes arising from use of our cards.
